The exhibition explores the tension between nostalgia and memory, considering how the past is recalled, altered, or reactivated within the present.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\"><br class=\"html-br\" \/>The discussion will also address the role of light and time in Chor\u00f3bski\u2019s artistic practice. His practice encompasses site-specific works in public space and spans media such as video, installation, performance, sound, and sculpture.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Chor\u00f3bski\u2019s work explores the human condition\u2014its fragility and physicality\u2014confronted with space understood not only architecturally, but also socially and economically. Human bodies and architecture are treated on equal terms, often examined in states of crisis, decomposition, or vulnerability. Recurring motifs in his practice include debt, decay, and the breakdown of once-modern architectural structures.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Selected solo exhibitions include: H.aven, \u00c9va Kah\u00e1n Foundation, Vienna (2024) and Budapest (2025); Hide and Seek, Fabbrica del Vapore, Milan (2023); Czego nie zrobili barbarzy\u0144cy, GSW Opole (2021); Fondazione Nicola Del Roscio, Rome (2019). She works with art institutions, private collections, foundations, and biennials across Europe and South and South-East Asia. She is a curator at the Kunstverein am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz in Berlin, where she also worked as a researcher and lecturer within the EU-funded Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie project SPACEX: Spatial Practices in Art and Architecture for Empathetic Exchange. Valci Mazzara is resident curator at Fondazione Morra in Naples, where she develops the international programme, and is currently involved in the international programmes of K.P. Art Centre in Seoul and the Busan International Photography Festival (2025\u20132027).<br class=\"html-br\" \/>______<br class=\"html-br\" \/>\ud835\udde6\ud835\ude02\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\udde3\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude07 is a curator and writer based in Berlin. Since 2010, she has directed the Kunstverein am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, overseeing more than 100 solo and group exhibitions, as well as numerous site-specific sculptures and wall works. Under her leadership, the Kunstverein has established a strong and stable annual programme. Her curatorial interests focus on art in public space and time-based practices.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">Projects beyond the Kunstverein include Flagge Zeigen \/ Showing True Colours in Brandenburg (2020); The World: Reglitterized at Haus der Kunst, Munich (2021); and the Activist Neuroaesthetics Festival (2021). In the same year, she co-realised Native Tongue XR by Gill Gatfield in the Metaverse with Chiara Valci Mazzara. In 2023, she co-curated the pop-up exhibition A View With a Room. From 2021\u20132025, she participated in the EU-funded SPACEX project.
