OP_YOUNG #6 | OPEN CALL FOR THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM<\/strong>

Until July 7, we are waiting for your applications for the sixth edition of the Mentoring Program – OP_YOUNG. We invite all artists associated with the Lower Silesia area, who are under 35 years of age.<\/p>\n

The OP_YOUNG Program was initiated in 2020 by Kama Wr\u00f3bel, then director of OP ENHEIM. The initiative focuses on promoting talent from Lower Silesia, activating the local artistic community. The program introduces young artists to areas of critical and artistic discussion concerning both the region and the country. We are delighted that also this year our activities will be supported by the patronage of the Berlin-based law and notary firm GENTZ.<\/p>\n

OP_YOUNG focuses on collaboration with progressive young-generation artists. As OP ENHEIM, we are actively involved in supporting their creative development. To date, we have awarded twelve main prizes and seven honorable mentions. The winners\u2019 works have been exhibited in our gallery at Plac Solny 4 in Wroc\u0142aw, and some have become part of the OP ENHEIM collection.<\/p>\n

OP_YOUNG is open to all visual artists under the age of 35 who are connected to the Lower Silesia region. Based on the submitted applications, three participants will be selected to take part in the nearly year-long program.<\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/ A fully funded and produced exhibition at OP ENHEIM’s headquarters with curatorial development;
\n2\/ prize in the amount of:<\/p>\n

– 1st Prize: PLN 8,000.00 gross
\n– II Prize: PLN 5,000.00 gross
\n– Distinction: PLN 2,500.00 gross<\/p>\n

3\/ individual mentoring path;
\n4\/ possibility of receiving a Special Prize – the sale of the work to the OP ENHEIM collection;<\/p>\n

We invite visual artists under the age of 35 who are connected to the Lower Silesia region to participate. You may submit existing projects or proposals ready for realization. Applications must be submitted by July 7, 2025, 11:59 PM<\/strong> via the Application Form<\/strong> available at www.opyoung.pl<\/a>. The form will be activated on June 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
