Accessibility

We strive to make it easy for everyone to visit our townhouse. That is why we have prepared a Pre-Guide, which is a summary of the most important information about OP ENHEIM – the house for culture, the art gallery and the exhibition currently taking place.

We have written here about all the facilities and hindrances to help you prepare for your visit.
So about:

– accessibility and barriers in the buildings,
– planning your visit,
– tickets,
– temporary exhibitions.

You will find tips and warnings that may be helpful if you are sensitive to certain stimuli and if you are affected by any kind of disability. Also included is detailed information on how to get to the tenement and how to move around the gallery. We have also included photographs and graphics. Below you will find a summary of the most important information, but if you would like to find out more, please download the attached file.

IMPROVEMENTS

The OP ENHEIM tenement is a building with history, so it is sometimes difficult to adapt it to the needs of people with disabilities. There are likely to be stairs and thresholds in your way – both ramps and a lift are available if required. If you wish to use these, please let a member of gallery staff know.

In the townhouse, there is a disabled accessible toilet on level – 1 (there is also a changing table), if you wish to use it, please let a gallery staff member know.

We have quiet hours on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm. During this time, we turn off installations that are noisy, reduce the light intensity and try to make the space less overwhelming.

If you are a person with a disability, you can visit us for free.

If you need more information, you can also call us 570 796 442 or write to visit@openheim.org.
